Common questions
Where does the content come from?
From the official exam documents: the exam regulations, the official directive (Wegleitung) and the qualification profile. On request we add your own course notes, so your teaching approach stays intact. A pilot with a Swiss vocational education group is already running.
How fast are we live?
Plan on about two weeks until a pilot course starts. Sandbox access for your team is available right away. The embedding into your existing LMS runs over xAPI and needs no system change on your side.
What does it cost?
The pilot has a fixed price, defined per course. The rollout is licensed per participant. We go through the numbers on the call, because they depend on the size of your course.
What happens to our data?
A data processing agreement is prepared and ready. Hosting is in Switzerland and the EU. Your participants' learning data stays your data: you get it back into your system via xAPI, and we do not use it for other customers.

On top comes the exam fee of CHF 3'000, paid directly to the exam body and never subsidised. We are registering the course for the SBFI list. Once it is listed, candidates can reclaim 50 percent of the course cost after sitting the exam. Until that is confirmed we promise no reimbursement.
